Photographs were needed for the Boat Harbour project to clearly show existing landforms, landscaping and infrastructure in order to effectively plan and design their future. The photography was used by Place Design together with other contractors involved in the project, to clearly see the sites from all angles. The drone photos, especially the 360 spherical views, were critical to this process. The spherical views, used with viewing software,  are a highly effective tool in allowing viewers to see the site in its entirety with more information than a traditional top down ‘Nearmap’ view. Emotive shots were also captured to enhance presentations and sell the vision.
