Feature Projects

Byellee Waters

Gladstone, Australia

Byellee Waters will transform the region with a world-class golf offering, outstanding community and event facilities and unlock new tourism and economic opportunities. The team created a captivating motion video to showcase the project vision for stakeholder engagement and developed a project website for keeping the community up to date. Visit the link below.

Sunset Village at Cosgrove Estate

Townsville, Queensland

Our Visual Design team worked closely in collaboration with Parkside Development and our North Queensland Design team to develop a cohesive look and feel for the Sunset Village marketing collateral, a residential precinct within the Cosgrove Estate in Townsville. Our work included creating a logo that integrates with the existing Cosgrove Estate branding, developing a style guide, designing stage plan documents, and rendering plans alongside an interactive price list template for marketing purposes.

Livingstone Open Space Framework

Livingstone, Queensland

The Livingstone Open Space Framework focuses on the importance of green infrastructure in shaping a vibrant community. It recognises that soft or green infrastructure, such as parks, trails, and the natural environment, defines the amenity, character, and appeal of a place, influencing people’s desire to reside or visit. Our Visual Design team worked with Council to create a nature-inspired look and feel for the visual identity and framework document.

creating great places

Place Design Group acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land, water, and sky where we live, work and recreate.

We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the practice of First Nations design and systems management that have occurred on this land for tens of thousands of years. We are guided by the first scientists, planners, designers, and land managers of this land. We acknowledge the responsibility we hold as custodians of the land and aim to create places for future generations to flourish. We strive to create meaningful spaces which benefit all.
