Dexus’s significant land holdings in the Eagle St precinct have provided the impetus to develop a market-led proposal to create a new mixed-use and people friendly precinct on the waterfront. Place Design Group has a leading role on this $1.4 billion project encapsulating 1.5 hectares of public and riverfront open space, providing planning and urban design services, in addition to strategic advisory and communications support.
