Priors Creek aspires to create a family-orientated mixed-use and leisure area, with a unique sense of place that focuses on becoming an established destination in the region.
This engaging fly through is the result of digitally modelling the design, placing it into a photographed context, and then rendering interesting and informative animation sweeps.

Bundaberg Climate Hazard Adaption Strategy
Bundaberg, Australia
The Bundaberg Our Coast Project was a collaborative vision and brand identity delivered by Place Design Group for Bundaberg Regional Council ‘s – Bundaberg Region Coastal Hazard Adaptation Strategy.
With a vision for Bundaberg Our Coast, our team hosted a branding workshop to then deliver a brand identity including a logo, style guide and suite of collateral templates. The team also produced a graphically designed report and a suite of simulation videos to help explain the Bundaberg CHAS process which will be used for community engagement purposes.

Orchard Hills North
Sydney, Australia
Orchard Hills North will be a residential community set amongst rolling hills in the rich natural landscape of Western Sydney and offering panoramic views to the Blue Mountains and surrounding areas.
We prepared an open space strategy to support the planning proposal and provides a holistic vision for open space provision totalling over 15 hectares. The team then developed a series of three 3D virtual reality images that highlighted the visualisation of the open space areas.

We are guided by the first scientists, planners, designers, and land managers of this land. We acknowledge the responsibility we hold as custodians of the land and aim to create places for future generations to flourish. We strive to create meaningful spaces which benefit all.
